Hi all I posted several weeks ago about intermittant smoke from my 1.6 tdci...I thought I would post results so far.....I have since completely replaced the 4 main sensors AIT MAF MAP and Coolant with no change, I have checked all my boost pipes seals all ok except the hard plastic pipe on top of the turbo that was quite loose and not seating in it's support grommet, I found the the jubilee was fouling on the heat shield so that was not down sitting properly the green  o ring was reinforced with a couple of turns of ptfe and then I silconed the flange  before tightening up. So far it seems much improved although not perfect. I have ordered a injector leak through test kit, so I can check injectors  cheaper than just buying injectors and hoping for the best, I know it isn't a conclusive test and only a guide but I am still learning...i will let you know results as I may not be able interpret the results.
