Mk3 1.6 TDCI battery, and what needs to be reset?

So now our new-to-us Mk3 appears to need a new battery. After sitting for a week, all it gave was a few clicks when trying to start, after which voltage was down to below 10V. Temporarily I've fitted a non stop start battery which I had to hand, but I will need a proper replacement.

I was thinking Yuasa YBX7110 https://www.tayna.co.uk/car-batteries/yuasa/ybx7110/

Any comments or suggestions?

Once the proper battery is fitted, what will I need to reset in the car, window, radio etc?

    Thanks. I didn't do the BMS reset when I fitted the temporary battery as it will only be in use for a few miles. I'll do it when I get the new correct battery, and do the windows as well.
