Ford Focus 2010 1.6 petrol camshaft position sensor

Featured Replies

Hi.

My car (2010 1.6 petrol Ford Focus) has been running a bit rough for a while and after scanning for fault codes found that I have an error P0340 -  Powertrain camshaft position sensor A circuit bank 1 or single sensor.

My questions are:

-where is the sensor located on this car?

-is it hard to replace?

Thank you

Thank you. Will have a look.

Is it hard to replace or should I get it to a garage?

Not hard to replace, just one bolt.
