Featured Replies

Hello and sorry if this is in the wrong place. Whats the best way to access the lock mechanism, (cant open the door) cant get to the screws on the door card. seen a vid on a mk6 where he accesses the internal mechanism through the handle on the outside dose any body know if the mk7 is the same or is there  a better way to access the mechanism? or would I have to destroy the door card? .thanks, any helpful information will be appriciated.

Managed to get the door card off(took seat out for more access) ,and internal card ( you have to remove window) the door is still locked shut (other door and boot work fine on remote) is there a manual way to open the door? on the latch. found a plastic arm and spring in the bottom of the door so this is probebly the fault , just need to open the door so i can remove the latch and replace?
