1.3 Duratec idle issue

Changed the thermostat housing on the 2003 1.3 Duratec 8v. Went well until I started the car and was confronted by the idle issue below. 
 

Possible oxygen sensor went on the blink? I did have to move about lots of pipes and hoses to gain access to the thermostat so perhaps something has been disturbed? Possibly a vacuum leak?
