Hi my son  has a 2013 Ford focus. The battery is totally dead and the car won't open remotely. I tried opening the door with key but the key only turns so far to the right not unlocking doors. Any ideas.

    the key will only open the door with the key in.

    Pull the handle whilst turning the key

    If it's RHD, it needs to be turned left.  I know that's counterintuitive.
