Assuming the first and only service the vehicle has had, was done when it was two years old, and that was nearly two years ago then it is due the 4 year "Full Service" as listed by @TomsFocus above.

With such low mileage you really should be getting the oil and oil filter changed every 12 months.

I think brake fluid has a life span of 2/3 years as it absorbes water. I would think it should be changed

That's not a simple answer unfortunately.  You don't need to have anything done now.  It's either out of warranty or about to go out of warranty.  So it's up to you what you choose to have done now.

Assuming it's a 1.0 EcoBoost, the minor oil & filter change should be every 2 years, and the major including spark plugs and air filter should be every 4 years.

As yours is a 70 reg (est Dec 2020), it seems like it had a minor service at 1 year old (est Dec 2021), and is now 3 years old (est Dec 2023).  This means your car is out of sync with the recommended service intervals.

My own personal opinion - at the very least, I would recommend having an oil & filter change now.  I wouldn't bother with the air filter unless you live in a particularly dusty farm environment or similar.  And I wouldn't have the spark plugs changed, but would have them loosened off so that they don't get stuck in the head by the time they do need replacing.

Brake fluid is recommended replaced every 2 years...but I don't know of many people that actually have it done, especially after the first 3 years.  I've never bothered with it.  Eventually you'll have a caliper fail and that's the point where I change the fluid on my own cars.

I always get my brake fluid changed every 2 years.

I know at least one person that has their brake fluid changed every 2 years then.

2 years does seem to be the general catch all recommendation, and some main dealer service operations seem to push this harder than others. Both the Ford dealer I use for my car and the local where I take my wife's car, do a moisture test at every service (I have both done annually) and go by that.

But yes, back in the days when I did my own repairs on old cars, I was always finding leaky slave cylinder seals etc, so fluid got changed when they were repaired.

On the OPs original point, I'd certainly recommend annual oil/filter changes in a car doing that sort of low mileage, particularly if intending to keep it for a good few years.
