Winding noise!

Hi,

I have Ford galaxy 2009 automatic. When the car start moving after stopping in traffic for example it make winding noise from the front wheels!

in fact you can hear it even if I don’t engage the gear. If I’m going down a little hill if I let go of my brake with the gear leaver on N it still make the same noise. 
only when I take of after standing still for a minute if I stop then drive straight it doesn’t happen!

any ideas?
