2014 Galaxy 2.0 Diesel Powershift

Car drove fine, I must have done 250 miles fault free in it. Then all of a sudden I’ve gone to drive away and the automatic gear knob P light is flashing, the gear knob will move down to D but I have no drive.

It looks as though the previous owner has had a gearbox refurb as everything looks very shiny and is paint marked on the bolts.

My technician has looked at the wiring etc and nothing is obviously wrong, we are fearing a TCM issue but wondered if anyone else had come across this and managed to fix it??
