Hi , 

I have a 23 plate Focus that the Fordpass remote start will not work after it’s switched of for 1/2 an hour  ?

Ford have no idea , it’s on PCP where do I stand ?

    I need to know is it a common fault and where do I stand regarding the Monthly payments ? 
    As I am effectively paying for a Faulty Vehicle , Fords just seem to disregard the issue.

    Thats the UK Complaints dept too !

    How long have you had the vehicle? How long are your journeys. Are you getting deep sleep messages in the app or messages in the car about saving battery?

    Ford Complaints are now telling me it’s a National Problem !

    I need to know how I stand re the moneys I have paid and am paying too

    Did it ever work?  Is remote start such a deal breaker (I didn’t even know it was a feature until I found out by accident the day before I collected)?

    Tbh you’d probably need to speak to someone who is legally qualified about rejecting the car (which I am not) if that’s what you want to do, especially this far in to the contract.  I believe you have to inform the finance company in writing and they will have the car inspected then make a decision.

    You definitely can’t stop making payments unless the finance company says so, even if you believe the vehicle has a serious fault.
