Ford pass connectivity

Ford pass connectivity

Just picked up our new focus (2017 model titanium, UK). Downloaded ford pass app and added the VIN and it has no vehicle info. Checked online with Ford and it says it doesn’t have connectivity.

Would this mean Ford pass is useless other than the location? That works

Saw you could unlock, auto start etc and show info about the car but assuming I can’t do any of that? Or is there something in the settings I need to mess with first?

That’s correct this model has no modem for remote connectivity.
