Probably a daft question, but Google let me down....

I have a cool box which works of the auxiliary socket either in the boot or behind the central console outlet ( and probably the front outlet).

But, when I park (Focus 2019 Estate Titanium x) the power shuts off after just a few minutes.

Any suggestions for a power bank that charges from the car sockets, and keeps the cool box running after switching the car off?

I'd like power of 1-2 hours if possible, I'm sure there must be something that will do the job!

    Typical, I have a Ford 12v socket that is permanently live, pretty useless, and you have one that turns itself off, like I want LOL

    Now, there was a recent post on here that showed it may be possible to vary the time the socket remains live via software using ForScan, can't find it now but hopefully someone sensible will jump in soon...

    I left a cool box connected to the 12v socket in the back of my Mondeo one night in Belgium. It flattened the car battery overnight...

    Hardly surprising, they draw about 50w, which is around 4A...
