Ford focus zetec s estate towing eye cover

Hi All

Just wondered if anybody can help me i am looking for a towing eye cover for a ford focus zetec s estate 65 plate

i have been told the part number is 1759564 but it didn't show a picture and it is not the same type as the hatchback.

And i wondered if any other owners could look on theirs to confirm number.
