MK4 Remap

Featured Replies

Looking to get my focus remapped  ( original 182bhp ), remap kings offer + 25 bhp and + 63 torque with the ability to remove at any time. Car is well past it's warranty ,Anyone had this done ? Thoughts ?

Looks like it’s just another name for superchips/bluefin.

The map takes it to 200 the same as the fiesta ST by the looks of it.

I don’t have any experience but I know others on here have used superchip maps in the past.

Yeah I think remap kings took over super chips.  As you've stated takes it to just over the Fiesta ST output and they share the same engine so shouldn't be pushing it to much.

It's hard to figure who took over who here after the original Superchips folded a few years back  - quite an involved tangle of administration etc. Both their websites are pretty much the same, and both Remap Kings and Superchips were trading names of Socialicity Group Ltd last time I looked.

Looking into it that's true Eric as far as I can see. Apart from super chips/ remap kings I only know of mountune who do a similar self removable map albeit less gains and higher costs. I know there both generic maps thou. Think I'm having a midlife crisis and feeling the need for more speed lol

I used the Superchips one on my Mk4 Vignale, it worked nicely!

While I'm not expecting miracles, did you notice the difference and also was it worth it ?

I thought it was worth it, faster on the power in first and second and way better overtaking in sixth on the motorway. Saw a fuel consumption improvement also on a run too, probably as you can get off the power earlier…but I did bundle the map with strictly using premium fuel. (Placebo perhaps).
