Water in Passenger Foot Well

Featured Replies

Hi all, I've recently had an issue with my 09 3 door fiesta with a puddle of water in the passenger footwell behind the driver seat. The water only appears in that one foot well and no where else, I have checked the seals around the driver door and they all seem to be intact, although I could be wrong. The issue has happened twice now after I had cleaned up the water before and I'm unsure as to where the water could be coming from. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you

Is there any water in the boot?

There was a bit on the floor of the boot. I took the base board out of the boot, checked all the seals around the boot area and tested it with water and there was no leaks coming in. I checked it out again yesterday and there's now a slight amount of water in the driver footwell and under the seat but not much.
