Is there a way to update my system without the use of the main screen as mine turns on shows the Ford logo and then goes blank

    During master reset

    Disconnect the car battery negative lead for 10 to 20 minutes.

    Reconnect battery negative lead and wait 5 minutes before turning on the ignition. All modules will have rebooted and the Sync system should restore.

    There are no codes required on your model.
