BCD 08

Featured Replies

Hi guys ,  I've had a look at a few posts but still not 100%  on the answers .

I've got an 08  that defo has bcm problems , central locking not working , dials glitching and bouncing around , radio has gone to code imput !

My questions  are can tat be reflashed and fixed ?

if I found a second hand BCM will that needing coding or plug and play ?

Or does it need an new one , and can I actually buy a new one ?

The van is still in excellent condition and don't want to scrap it !!

Cheers guy

Using forscan and a decent lead save the configuration file to your laptop of your current BCM

Install the new BCM and install the configuration data that was stored on your PC then reprogram remote fobs (keys are in cluster)

Before you do that though, check for damaged, corroded or crushed wires in the front end harness as front end accident damage can damage these wires and cause your issues
