Does anyone have a Ford 204-607 Remover Tool I can buy from them? This is the one in step 5:

    Or failing getting hold of this tool to separate the control arm balljoint, does anyone know a good alternative way to separate it? Apparently regular balljoint tools won't fit in the restricted space.
