Does anybody know where I can get a replacement fuse cover and the clips that hold it that goes in the passenger footwell of a 2019 fiesta

    Local scrapyard is always a good place to start looking. Also eBay have lots of fusebox, so you might be able to buy a cheap one and just use the cover.

    I’d ask at a Ford dealer, seen plenty of used parts on eBay that are more expensive than brand new from Ford, people buy them as they assume Ford will be more expensive, at least compare the price.
