Tim.Smith Posted January 6 Share Posted January 6 I have a Mk8 - 2018 1.0 Ecoboost Ford Fiesta ST Line, it has the standard 17inch grey alloys. I scratched one of the alloys fairly badly so bought the same and new alloy from the Ford online shop. I am looking for a mobile fitter to swap the tyre and TMPS sensor from my old alloy to the new, and obviously to balance it. I bought the below valve from Ford also: Ford TPMS TYRE PRESSURE MONITOR SENSOR VALVE - 2040067 This is just the valve (i believe its the correct one). The question is when the mechanic comes to fit the new alloy, i am assuming he can just re-use the old TPMS sensor by unscrewing it and rescrewing it into the new valve stem?
