2017 Ford Focus transmission no reverse and no codes

The car has the transmission issue as stated in the title. not sure if it is related but it also has an issue with something pulling power because it has a new battery but everyday we are having to charge it. we have had the starter and alternator tested and they are good as well. Can someone please help us out, not sure what to do. Thank you.

    Problem is possibly to do with damaged wiring to the TCM, or the TCM is faulty.

    You need to use the software FORScan on a windows laptop and connect to the OBDII port using a vLinker FS cable. Then you will be able to get all of the Ford specific DTC's.

    You will need FORScan if the TCM needs to be replaced or if it needs to go through the reset process after the damaged wiring has been replaced or repaired.
