Focus with U1900 error

Hi All, 

I’m new around here. looking for some advice. 
I have a 2010 Titanium Focus, which has served us rally well. Currently the engine warming light is on.

We called the AA, an the error that comes up is U1900, some sort of communication malfunction with the dashboard.

Some questions please:
- how much would it cost, ballpark? 
To re-solder bad joints
To replace dash console 

Who could be recommend, who completed this kind of work before?
Thinking it might cost more that the car is worth at this point?

Thanks in advance for any advice/thoughts. 
BTW Car starts but with limited revs.
