HI could anybody Tell me does my focus 2.0ltr Diesel 2015 have rubber cam belt or a chain as its mileage is 111000 miles

    Technically both. 

    There's a chain between the cams but that should last the lifetime of the vehicle.

    There's a dry rubber belt between cam & crank.  The recommended replacement interval for that is 10 years or 125k miles.
