2019 MK8 Fiesta (32k miles) clutch and Gearbox Replacement

Hi All

I've just had to replace the clutch and gearbox on my fiesta after only 32,000 miles. I got the car from new in 2019. 

Apparently the bearings between them were out of alignment causing a scrapping sound as you depressed the clutch. 

Has anyone else had this issue so early on into owning their fiesta? Seems like a manufacturer fault to me.

Any discussion or advice will be much appreciated, thanks
