Help! How do i connect phone to lollipop navigation system?

Hi, hope someone can help please? 
i bought a ford focus 2014 and it has an aftermarket lollipop navigation system, I can’t connect my iphone 13 to it, the speaker button the the steering wheel doesn’t press so i cant say connect phone and the car sync wont pick up the car 🙈 im at a loss as i can’t get sat nav or Spotify through my car

it says its a lollipop navigation 5.1 navigation system if that helps?

    Lollypop is the name of Android 5 / 5.1. It was discontinued in 2018 and ancient by todays standards.

    There is a 99% certainty that the Bluetooth functionality of the Android 5.1 system is simply not compatible with your Iphone. In that case it will never work.


    In my opinion you have several options:

    1. Accept that it is never going to work.

    2. Update the Android 5.1 audio system to a more recent Android version. This however is only possible if a more recent ROM is available.

    3. Install the Sync 3 system from a Focus MK3.5. The Sync 3 system supports Apple Carplay and is compatible with your Iphone. This however is quite an expensive upgrade.

    4. Install a more modern aftermarket Android system that supports Apple Carplay.
