Morning,

I recently purchased a 2018 SMax which did not come with the parcel shelf/load cover. I have purchased one via ebay that is a genuine Ford product but it only just holds when pulled out covering your boot contents, as soon as you go over a bump it retracts.

Has anyone else got this issue and have you found a solution?

My former 2012 S Max never had this issue.
