Cold air coming from underneath gloveboxbo

Hello,

I'm having an issue with my focus estate (2017) heating.

While the top vents are lovely and warm,I keep getting cold air coming from underneath the glove box.

This stops if I press the recirculation button however all the windows then mist up.

Could anyone advise me on what this could be and how to resolve it

    If your pollen filter is accessed from behind the glove box, I would be tempted to check that the cover is fitted correctly.

    That and also make sure your pollen filter isn't clogged
