Hi, I hope I've got this right, if not please forgive me.

I have an issue with the touch screen on my sat nav, it's not working. 

I have ordered a replacement but am struggling with the removal of it.

Has any1 experienced this before please, and if so what keys do I need to remove it? 

So theres 4 screws, remove the panel housing the hazard/heated screen buttons to see the top 2, remove the trim around the cupholders/gear stick/cubby hole to reveal the bottom 2.

After theyre out you need these keys

One in the top 2 corners, and the others are behind the blanks on bottom left and right corners on the unit, under the heating control knobs

So just to clarify, buy those 4 keys and it should just slide out?

And for the re-coding of the replacement, I suppose I take it to a main dealer??

yep should be a video, but put them all in each corner (long side out, hard to explain) and pull on the keys and it should come forward

if you get photos of all the serial numbers on the sides/top of the unit when it's out, i can *try* to get your code for you, all you will need is the radio 4 digit code, doesn't need coded to the car 🙂
