Hi all, I recently changed the battery and now the stereo is locked. I tried the code in the service manual but it won’t accept it. 
I removed the stereo and it’s a 2007 unit and my car is 2004 so the code in my book must be for the old unit.

serial is: M001388

any help appreciated
