Changed my alternator on my 15 reg 1600 diesel focus only charging at 12.8 and battery light still on and stop start not working

    12.8V is not a charging voltage, that's just full battery voltage.

    It should be between about 13.5 and 15V if the alternator is charging.

    Have you tried reading the DTCs?
