    how can a main dealer sell a car without valid service history... or does it have it but they can't see it?

    this is a special bit of rubbish these car building crooks like to do... the manufacturer gets to keep electronic records of ALL the work ever done on their cars - (where its been recorded by franchised dealerships and or plugged in for updates etc.),  but individual franchised dealerships can't see what any other garage has done....   they can ONLY see if a recall or service action has been applied to each car (thus know if they need to do it)
