Focus mk3 1.0 oil level decrease

Featured Replies

Good day.

Is it normal for focus 1.0 oil level to be decreased?

Changed oil in October (1860 miles/3000 km before - castrol magnatec etcetera - then it was on middle level).

Two days ago that oil level was checked was in minimum.

It doesnt seem to be leak. Is it normal that ecoboost burns oil?

Added oil, reached maximum. It shall be checked more regularly.

Good day.

After many months oil engine level is decreased/lower. Around 300-400ml less.

Also the coolant liquid level from maximum decreased to minimum.

Added oil to maximum anddeionised water to be on maximum also.

The last one month the weather is very hot (higher than 35C sometimes even higher than 40C). Many trips done also.

Is it considered to be normal leak?
