2006 mk7 transit won’t start

Featured Replies

Hi All here’s my enquiry for you mate
I had my starter motor go on me and also a small electrical fire which slightly melted a fuel pipe which both have been replaced and engine bled
Will crank over but won’t start had 1 mechanic tell me it was the fuel filter which has been replaced another mechanic done a diagnostic and said it was ecu but didn’t have a big enough diagnostic
So I had another diagnostic done and was told it was a crankshaft sensor which I’ve replaced and still the same the wires have abit of damaged so I’m assuming it’s something to do with that as I say will turn over but won’t start
It’s a 2006 lwb transit van
Need it on the road for work
Let me know if you can help
Thanks Ian
