The clips that hold my wingmirror cover in place have snapped . So I'm needing to replace the wingmirror fascia . 

How easy is this to replace ?  It's looking as if the whole wingmirror needs to be taken off ? . I'm also struggling to find where to buy from as they're all from sites I've never used before 

It's my passenger side mirror , I have a mk3.5focus .

    Hi Becca and welcome to the forum. 

    From what I can see, in the link you provided, I don't think the whole mirror assembly needs to come off.

    Mirror shrouds and the mirror itself are snapped on. Basically take the glass out. It's probably held in by 4 pop brackets. Then the inners will be visible and the shroud should snap off with some pressure. 

    Have you looked on YouTube for how to remove a door mirror for your car? If not I recommend you do and go from there.
