Hi everyone, two things to mention on here which may help owners of late fords.

Firstly the missing plastic wing nuts for rear light cluster, don't waste money on something you can't see, I found the red cap on decorators nozzles work's just the same, B&Q £3 for 10, just cut the tip off, use a washer at the same time.

Secondly when changing the oil on most fords today, the drain plug is secured in a plastic sleeve not metal like it used to be.

I found out that some main stream ford garage had fudged a replacement drain plug in my fusion sump pan, which was a pain to remove, result, new pan from Amazon £23 (very cheap) & better quality, ford wanted £90, so don't over tighten the plug, use a new crush washer, the new pan is a common pan used on various fords & other makes.
