New Radio on a Focus MK3

Hi guys
I've tried to change the radio to an Android one, but for some reason I don't have 12V on the Plug between brown and black on the edges.
Do you know where I can search in order to repair this failure?

    Hi Stephen,

    Yes, he used to work fine, but I do 2 hours drive every day and wanted to have some better media.

    I connected the Radio with the 12V from the Lighter to power it up, but I can't connect with the steering wheel buttons and basicly I belive is not connected to the car itself.
