With respect, if 'everything' has been checked, you would have found the fault. Can you let us know what diagnosis have been carried out? Do you have a BluTooth module operating? This is a common drain as when it goes faulty, it carries out a continuous drain on car even when switched off. Otherwise, your next port of call is to carry out a proper diagnostic using ForScan, a dedicated Ford software as a free downloadable on Windows with a proper cable to see what fault codes are showing...

The very fact that you've already taken the car to a 'garage', I would suggest if you don't feel confident doing diagnostics yourself, you leave it to a proper auto electrician to diagnose the  drain.
