Mark 4 passenger door weather seal

does a 2019 Focus have a rubber weather seal along the bottom of the passenger front door?   My car has been in for a new door and has come back without the weather seal.   All other 3 doors have a strip of rubber along the bottom and the repairer said the old door doesn't have one.   It seems odd that 1 door doesn't have the seal

    They left the factory with one.  But most fall off over time.

    If they are just surface mounted, that's a bad design imo.
