EML on, code reading P02EE - any advice?

Hello everyone, it's my first time posting but I have an issue with my Galaxy (2020) where the EML has just come on.

After plugging in one of those bluetooth code readers, it comes up with a P02EE code - seems to indicate issues relating to AdBlue or EGR?

The car has only done 27000 miles so I'm worried that it might be a big issue. Has anyone encountered this before?

    I think you might be looking at the wrong information. DTC P20EE is related to the AdBlue Efficiency.

    You say that your code is P02EE which is a fault with injector number one circuit.

    Yes, sorry - it is indeed P20EE. Is it a common fault on the Galaxy?

    I hope it isn’t because of the AdBlue as I’ve heard that could be a pain to diagnose…
