New bumper on my focus, need help.

Follow up on my last post. I replaced my Focus's bumper with an ST bumper and it fit. Had to sacrifice my parking sensors but I think it was worth it. The new bumper doesn't have anything for a licenseplate other than 2 holes that are recessed in the grille, see picture. Is there a way to mount a license plate holder without having to take the whole bumper out again just so I can secure the bolt with a nut. I've temporarily mounted my plate using zip ties. 

 

For those curious, I straight swapped my titanium bumper for a ST version but now I have this annoying numberplate problem and these useless holes.
