2.0tdci 2013 Powershift Auto pulling off from stationary

Hi,

When stationary and pulling off, the car is very hesitant sometimes it feels like the brake is on and then lets go, other times it will rev slightly then eventually go and on the very odd occasion its great and it shoots off as i would expect.

The gearbox has been redone recently.

Only error is P068A:00-28 ECM(Engine Control Module)/PCM (Powertrain Control Module) Power Relay Outage Too Early

 

Any ideas or what i can run in forscan to diagnose the issue ? DPF is clear already cleaned it out.
