Can i upgrade this stereo system to a modern android one?

I have this old touchscreen stereo system in my 2009 Galaxy Ghia, and i'd like to up date it to a more modern aftermarket one.

Any ideas if it's possible, as i can't see any fascias for this configuration? I believe its the HS RNS Navigation model

    This is my current stereo. As you can see it takes up most of the area. The heating controls are all integrated in the same panelas the stereo.
