Throttle issue Ford focus 1.0 EcoB Auto

Featured Replies

Wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction. At low rev and speed i am getting my Rpm drop significantly to 500 at the point where the engine will cut out. I.e. when I am parking up or taking car off the drive.

I have changed the pedal as we thought it was the throttle pedal position sensor but are not getting any codes for this issue. Can anyone help with next diagnosis steps.

Get all the software updated, but especially in the BCM, PCM & TCM (If it has one)

Check the battery voltage

Thanks, can that be done by Autel or need spealist forscan/idis?

Trip to Ford would be best, ask for diagnosis session to see if there's anything actually up with the throttle body and to have software updates performed
