Squeaky clutch pedal & a slight judder in 1st when setting o

Featured Replies

Well it's been nearly a decade since I last had a manual car. Actually it was the awesome Titanium x sport 2.2 diesel Mondeo Mk4.5.

Anyway I digress. I've noticed that when pressing and depressing the clutch pedal that it squeaks like metal on rubber. I've had a look under the dash at the pedal mechanism and all looks tight.

Also I'm getting a slight judder when setting off at low revs, 1500-1700 but not at say 200 revs. Absolutely no clutch slip and I've tried to force clutch slip by flooring it in very slippery conditions. No slip.

I've forgotten loads now so I'm asking you good folk what you reckon are causing my issues. Thanks in advance.
