P/S tailgate & dipped beam light not working

Hi, my Ford focus mk2 P/S tailgate & dipped beam light is not working, I’ve changed the bulbs & fuses over to which the dipped beam light came on, tailgate light did not, but when I switched the car off & on again, both were not working. Anyone have any ideas? Much appreciated

    What is P/S ?

    Rear tail lights and the dipped beam headlights are controlled by the GEM unit
