I have a 2016 ford transit courier and I want to make it a 3 seater either in front or one in the back but want to know how and if I can legitimately can anyone advise or help

    Short answer is No.

    If fitted in the front you will need to replace the whole dashboard so that there is a passenger airbag. You will also need a seat belt and a seat belt pre-tensioning  system. The whole lot will need coded in to the SRS so as to fulfill the necessary safety standards and then the vehicle will need a new certificate of conformity so that it can get insurance.
