Is there any way to cancel sync 3 downloading an update?

Thinking of updating via usb due to how slow the wifi download is, so want to cancel the download that's in progress through wifi.

Is that possible? I know i can just turn off the wifi and it will stop the download but don't want to leave the wifi off forever.

Also any ideas if i update via usb then the download for the update finishes would it update again?

    OTA updates don't work, it's showing it's going through the motions, but it's not doing anything.

    Turn off wi-fi, your system will perform better.

    Update using USB
