Hi,

I suddenly heard a scratching noise and saw that this plastic was hanging underneath the engine.

Of course this is not normal and will have to fix its clips in order to close it.

But apart from that, is this normal that this plastic has a hole in it? I mean it is like just a frame, should be like this is or there was something else there that is missing?

That hole is for cooling the Gearbox.

So its normal, I just dont get the reason to have just a frame there, it doesnt provide anything.

But as long as its there for others ok.

From my memory I think there should be another small bit at an angle to deflect the air to the correct part of the Gearbox that may have broken off but I'm not certain about that.

The angle deflector goes above the undertray.  You will probably need to remove the tray to push the two parts together again.

I have to check if this part is inside..!! I can hear the last days a banging noise when falling in pits but sounds more metallic. Will check!
