hi lads

this might be a silly 1 or confusing but ill give it a go,over the last 2 months i have noticed a slight lack of power at the top end, eg motorway driving i would floor it to overtake and it will take a bit to go from 110kph to 130kph could take up to 4/5 seconds, i have also noticed that the fuel consumption when i floor it will not exceed 14.2l/100km in 6th and as you go down the gears the fuel consumption will rise, first gear if i pull off quick will get up to 52l/100km, i dont think its the fuel pump it was changed last year, i can still feel the turbo kick in hoping its not that, i thought it might be a leak between the turbo and the throttle body but that seen ok, but at idle id never know, i disconnected the MAF sensor to see if it was that but it didnt exactly make the engine run rough but i could hear something different in the engine, no warning lights or check engine light on the dash, any advice would be appreciated

I've often wondered about the people living in Louth. They seem a a peculiar lot, using Kph, Km and worst of all measuring fuel use in some kind of gibberish like 14.2/100km 🤣

Is the car manual or automatic ?

I assume it's manual. Is the clutch OK ?

yes unfortunately we all have our cross to bare lol 

yea car is manual and clutch was replaced just before xmas and seems to be ok no shuddering or anything like that
