Good afternoon 

having recently had Dpf issues my focus it was taken into Ford under warranty for the matter and that the start stop was not working.After taking to the RAC man he said that the start stop issues could be related to the DPF issues.After some lengthy emails and time Ford agreed to resolve the issues with the DPF as it was out of warranty but the problem happened in warranty.they replaced everything concerning the DPF the filter assy diesel particle the 2 he go sensors 2 exhaust claps but the start stop is still not working 

the car is a 2020 focus 1.5 diesel anyone got any clues on this before I annoy ford again
